The Marshall Opportunity High School office will be closed from June 13 through August 1, 2021.  The office will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2022.



RETURNING STUDENTS:  Registration for the 2022/2023 school year is online through PowerSchool Parent Portal. 

Marshall Opportunity High School will hold registration from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. beginning on Monday, August 15 – Friday, August 19. We will hold an evening registration on (Marshall Middle School will also be at the MOHS evening sessions to register your middle school student) Wednesday, August 17 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Feel free to stop in during this time to complete registration for the 2022-2023 school year, this process should take about 30-45 minutes.  During this registration you can complete the online forms, pay fees/fines and pick-up your students Chromebook and charger.  A parent/guardian and student will need to be present for registration.  
If you would like to complete the online registration forms prior to coming into registration:  HOW TO:
  1. Log into your PowerSchool Account
  2. Under Enrollment – fill out the information (please complete all forms)
Reminder:  Parent/student will still need to stop in during our registration times to pay any fees/fines and pick up a Chromebook and charger.  NOTE:  Enclosed Student Agreement Form will need to be returned/signed before a student receives his/her Chromebook and charger.


PREVIOUSLY AT MARSHALL MIDDLE SCHOOL OR MARSHALL HIGH SCHOOL:  The first step in enrolling your student at the Marshall Opportunity High School is to contact the office and set up an interview.  Both parent/guardian and the student are required to attend the interview.   


The Marshall Opportunity High School office is open Monday thru Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Please call or email Barbara Gary at (517) 629-9421, extension 7100 or email [email protected] to set up and interview or if you have any questions.



  1. Visit the Marshall Public Schools website at:  marshall.k12.mi.us, under Parents/Students click Enroll Today!  
  2. Call the Opportunity High School office 517-629-9421, extension 7100 or email Barbara Gary at [email protected] to set up an interview time.
  3. Remaining registration will be completed after the interview.  Note: A parent/guardian and student are required for the interview.


What to bring to the interview:

  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Proof of Residence (bill, driver’s license, etc.)
  3. Immunization Record
  4. Current Transcript (not needed if at MMS/MHS last year) 
  5. Current IEP
