Box Tops for Education
This is your last chance to earn cool prizes by turning in Box Tops for Education Labels. All you have to do is bring in as many box tops as possible by April 30th. Place your first and last name on the back of each Box Top, then bring your box tops to Mrs. Demorest’s room. On May 1st we will draw one name from each grade level to win gift certificates to Family Video and Mancino’s. The more Box Tops you bring in, the better your chances are at winning!
Marshall Middle School is involved in the nationwide fundraising program Box Tops for Education. By participating in this program, our school can earn money for various grade level activities, technology, educational trips, LRC books, and so much more!.
Collect and clip Box Tops for Education coupons found on most General Mills cereals, Betty Crocker products, Juicy Juice, Pillsbury dough and frozen items, Yoplait multipacks, Ziploc, Hefty, Kleenex, Avery, Cottonelle, Land O Lakes and more.
How to Collect, Clip and Cash-in:
Collect Bonus Box Tops certificates from Meijer.
Clip Box Tops “Official Coupon” around the pink dotted line. Trimming tops helps reduce the cost of postage and facilitates counting and bundling. Be sure to keep expiration date legible!
Send in your Box Tops and Bonus Box Tops certificates to school in a sealed envelope or baggie with your student to Mrs. Demorest’s room or the collection bin in the office.
Be sure and ask family, friends and neighbors to collect BoxTops for you. Box Tops can only be redeemed by K-8 schools so there are many members of our community that do not know what Box Tops are for or where to turn them in so they just throw them away!
Our school earns $.10 for each Box Top and they quickly add up to hundreds of dollars. Our goal this year is to collect over $2,000. There will be three collection contests and one homeroom challenge throughout the year. Please submit often as Box Tops have expiration dates.

EXCITING FOOD SERVICE NEWS!
We are pleased to announce that we will now begin using the Meal Magic point-of-sale system in our school cafeterias. Meal Magic is a pre-paid system that provides convenience and accountability to our meal programs. Your child will be given an “account” into which you may deposit money at any time (
there will be a charge to use this option). This account will allow your child to pay for meals or snacks just by using his/her account. To sign up, please go to the following website:
www.sendmoneytoschool.com, click on CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT and then follow the instructions. By using this website you will be able to view your child’s account history, including seeing the items your child has purchased. We are certain that you will find the accuracy and convenience to be a great asset to your children’s school experience.
