Preschool- Childcare
Marshall Public Schools “Shamrock Center,” provides programming for children, 3 years old to 13 years old. The Shamrock Center is located at 624 West Mansion Street in the former Shearman Elementary building.
Parents may choose from the following tuition-based options:
- Preschool wrap around childcare
- Preschool programming 5 days a week with options for wrap around care
- Kindergarten Plus (K+) programs for after kindergarten- a care and enrichment program
- Before School age Care
- After School age Care
- A combination of the above
- School’s Out –Non-school days

Summer Camps and Child Care programs at the Shamrock Center
Summer Camps and Child Care Programs
Programs with a focus on enrichment for elementary and preschool students. At the Shamrock Center your child will spend time looking closely at nature, playing games and developing the social skills needed to be independent and confident. Weekly themes are developed based on children’s interests and scheduled prior to the beginning of summer. This program is open to all children ages 3 to 13. The Shamrock Center also partners with the Marshall City Recreation Department to provide children who are attending the City Recreation Department’s Summer Playground with a full day of child care and summer fun. This program is operates before and after the City Recreation’s Playground Program and is open to all children ages 5 – 12. |
